By introducing 3D CAD and overlaying simulations, we were able to accurately measure the layout of each vehicle model, and through NC laser cutting we were able to achieve high quality and mass production at low prices. When a vehicle is lowered and large diameter wheels (low height tires) are installed, the front frame is subjected to shocks that are greater than you would imagine, but by installing a firm support, the body rigidity is increased and distortion or deterioration of the body is prevented. It is no exaggeration to say that this part is essential for vehicles with low-down and large diameter wheels.
