Front Hood Bonnet (Carbon Fiber)
This bonnet is made of 12K carbon fiber, which is difficult to mold by hand layup, and is manufactured using a high-cycle CFRP manufacturing method using thermosetting resin. The weight is 5.8kg, about 30% lighter than the normal bonnet. The back rib is also CFRP, and it is a full-fledged carbon bonnet with super high quality and high strength that hides the joint surface even in the cross section. Also, on the back of the hood, the air cleaner and intake made by Mugen are processed to escape. The striker part is made of SUS, and the hinge part is treated with phosphoric acid rust prevention. Atomizing type washer nozzle included.
