High Flow Throttle Body System (Modification Service)
Mine's original "High Flow Throttle System" expands the throttle diameter by 2.5mm to increase the flow path area, minimizes the step inside the throttle, and further improves performance to the utmost through internal surface treatment and shaft processing. The internal surface of the genuine throttle has fine irregularities similar to satin skin. At Mines, we have achieved an ideal Venturi shape and a more mirror-like finish by applying diamond cutting to the internal surface and cutting it down to the microscopic level. In addition, the thickness of the shaft to which the large butterfly is attached has been reduced to the limit that maintains its strength. For butterfly mounting screws, we use countersunk screws with special dimensions to prevent them from protruding from the shaft.
