Electronically Controlled Big Throttle Body (Modification Service)
The diameter of the throttle body has been increased by machining, and a butterfly has been newly installed, and the throttle diameter has been expanded by about 2 mm compared to the original, and the suction area has been increased by about 5 to 10 percent. The shaft is also processed to be thin (flat processing and flattening of one side of the center shaft) to reduce air flow resistance and increase both air volume and intake efficiency, thereby reducing the inertial mass of intake air and achieving full rotation. It is the response up in the area. In addition, since we are aware of air flow resistance, we also use a screw that is designed to reduce head turbulence by replacing it with a bind-type special screw, even when processing thin shafts. Since the setting in the ECU is also within the correction range of the genuine ECU, it can be used safely. *This is a modification service only. Requires sending a throttle body unit to Japan for processing.
