Exhaust System with Zees Ex Tips
First of all, the normal layout is a layout that enters from the side of the horizontal drum and exhausts from the left and right. First of all, this is unforgivable. The right side is exhausted straight and the left side is inverted 180 degrees and exhausted. With this, neither the sound nor the exhaust pressure will be the same on the left and right. Sadly, however, every other manufacturer has this layout. Therefore, when developing the normal layout ZEES EX., I chose a layout that allows me to insert it from the center of the drum instead of inserting it from the side. With this, the left and right exhaust efficiencies are the same, and above all, the exhaust is not reversed 180 degrees, and we have developed a muffler with absolutely good power and response. In NA, we used a very thick 76.3mm pipe to bring it to the main drum without stress, and then used a double pipe orifice in the drum to collect the exhaust pressure. That is the completion of our ZEES EX.
