Air-Cooled Rear Differential Oil Cooler Kit
The bottleneck during hard sports driving such as circuit driving is the rise in transmission oil temperature. As a result of analyzing the data of the circuit test in various environments, it was found that the rear differential has the largest calorific value in the R35 GT-R. In the R35 GT-R, which uses a transaxle system, the heat of the rear differential is transferred to the transmission as it is, and the temperature of the transmission oil also rises. Furthermore, the temperature of the engine coolant rises through the genuine water-cooled transmission oil cooler.
It was found that the genuine water-cooled transmission oil cooler circulates the engine coolant, so it rises to the temperature of the engine oil.
