Roof Panel (Carbon Fiber with Epoxy Infusion)
Made using epoxy resin and infusion molding. By adopting ribs on the roof top surface, we were able to create a high-strength, lightweight finish that is expected to improve aerodynamic performance, while also succeeding in creating an appearance similar to that of current cars. With the cooperation of Sumika Kubokawa, who competes in the D1 Lights series, this product has been honed through actual competition and a female perspective. The reverse side is made of carbon-Kevlar hybrid (aramid) which has high shear strength. The surface finish is an epoxy layer, just like dry carbon, so we recommend clear coating to protect the surface.
