Baffle Stiffener
Since the FA20 has a horizontally opposed engine layout, the strength of the engine crankcase joint will be insufficient, causing trouble. This baffle stiffener has a double structure using a stiffener with increased strength, and by firmly connecting the left and right crankcases, the strength of the crankcase and oil pan is dramatically improved. In addition, the stiffener and baffle catch the oil jumping and the inclination of the oil oil level due to the posture change of the vehicle, prevent the oil bias and the occurrence of oil cavitation, and realize a stable oil supply.
