Metal Pull Spec 2 Triple Disk Clutch - 1300Kg
The conventional reinforced pull clutch has the drawbacks that the pedal is heavy, the disengaged position is too near, and it is easy to stall when starting. In order to solve these problems completely, we adopted a method in which the arm part of the diaphragm spring is made longer and shorter as shown in the figure and it is operated by a double action plate with steps. (Patent pending in Japan and overseas). As a result, when the clutch pedal is operated, the release automatically and continuously performs the two-step movements of "slowly operate the clutch halfway" and "completely disengage the clutch". It is hard to stall, and the cutting is outstanding. This performance is achieved with extremely light (10 to 13 kg depending on the vehicle) pedal operation force. This clutch is compatible with the genuine clutch and requires no actuation conversion parts.
